NCWFP 23: Social and Diversity Awareness in the Workplace

Students develop an introductory understanding of the varying types of diversity in the workplace, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, and disability. The course includes reflections on individual privilege and how that may exhibit itself in the workplace. It explores cultural, physical, and generational differences among employees, with an emphasis on their distinct advantages to the modern workplace.
