This course provides students with fundamental knowledge covering PC hardware and peripherals, mobile device hardware, networking and troubleshooting hardware, network connectivity issues, installing and configuring operating systems, including Windows and Linux, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android operating system configurations, security, fundamentals of cloud computing, and operational procedures.
