Designed to develop an understanding of the operation, care, preventive maintenance, and light repair of the automobile, this course covers all major systems and components, including tires, wheels, brakes, suspensions, characteristics of fuel, oil, and lubricants; maintenance of smog devices; basic engine performance, automotive electronics procedures; and safety factors.
