Changes

• NURS 284L has been removed and its units have been redistributed among NURS 183 (now 4.5 units), NURS 281 (now 7 units), and NURS 283 (now 7-8 units). (Modified June 18, 2020)
• Registered Nursing program changes resulting from the NURS course changes listed above: Track I high range of required units increased from 72.5 to 73.5; Track II low range of required units decreased from 56 to 55.5 and high range increased from 62 to 62.5. (Modified June 24, 2020)  
• Film, Television, and Electronic Media for Transfer associate degree: List A modified to require both MTEC 110 and MTEC 120 and either MAT 160 or MAT 200. The units required for List A have been reduced from 8 to 7. This change decreased the total program units required from 20 to 19. (Modified June 24, 2020) 
• Deadline to petition for pass/no pass grade for fall semester has been extended to December 19. (Academic Calendar modified August 4, 2020) 
• Updated the MiraCosta College Mission Statement and Institutional Goals. (Approved by the Board of Trustees June 11, 2020)
