The Veterans Services Office provides assistance to veterans and their dependents who may be eligible for various educational benefits. General information about these benefits can be found on the Student Services website: www.miracosta.edu/studentservices/veteransservices.

In March 2010, the college held a ceremony for the opening of the new Veterans Lounge, a room designed specifically for veteran students. This new space will serve as a place of support, allowing students to network with other veterans, and have a quiet place to study. The lounge is located in Bldg. 3000 on the Oceanside Campus.
